Great service from Locksmith St Albans! Friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Ben turned up when he said he would, and managed to fix our temperamental locks rather than replace them, saving us not only the cost of replacing the locks but also the hassle of ensuring that anyone who has a key (cat sitters, relatives, etc.) gets a replacement. Delighted with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Very quick over the phone to give a quote and organise visit when I locked myself out my flat. Was able to get an appointment within 20 minutes but he was also very flexible to come over at a later time. Locksmith was very friendly and polite and did not charge us a call out charge. He quoted to fit long screws to secure door handles to stop them from falling off but discovered on his visit that the screws would not fit the handles. He agreed to revise his quote and spent his time stabilising the handles using an alternative way. He did not leave until he fulfilled his job. We were very happy with his service and felt he gave a reasonable quote for the work he did.

I’m happy to recommend Ben from Locksmith St Albans without hesitation. 5:15pm car keys locked in car boot, no spare key & kids to collect! He arrived in about 30 mins from initial contact, having agreed a price. I’d tried at least 6 locksmiths beforehand and all either wanted me to join membership of their service ( for fees I couldn’t afford) or couldn’t come out any earlier than 3 hours or even days!
