C.I had particularly problematic situation trying to replace my patio door lock as the company that originally produced these locks were no longer in business and therefore replacement locks couldn't be found. I contacted more than ten local locksmiths, all of which did not want to know once I showed them pictures of the patio lock. National Lock & Safe was the only company that responded and not only that, Jake was more than helpful and did some research to find possible solutions. The engineer who came out did a great job too. I can't thank Jake enough.
