S. D.Definitely recommend. We had Rob come around to rescue us from my incompetence, my wife and I were stuck on our roof in the Snow. Rob was very friendly, efficient and arrived ahead of schedule thanks a bunch!
T. I.Context: Our front door decided to stop working when locked so we could not use it to get out or into our home. The door has a multi-point locking mechanism and use a single Yale type key to open and unlock it. We tried using our home insurance to source a locksmith to visit and unlock the door but we we sent a 'chancer' who after a cursory look wanted to cut of off the hinges to get the door open and then replace the hinges and lock without taking any responsibility of making good any ancillary damage all outside the scope of our policy. We binned this guy, and the insurance, and found Secure Tech Locksmiths instead.
Workdone: One of the owners of Secure Tech Locksmiths turned up and quickly concluded that the door could be opened without damaging the it, or the doorframe. After an hour of patient prodding and pulling from the inside of our home the door opened, the nature of the locking mechanism and the scale of damage confirmed. He then disappeared for an hour to collect some new lock parts and 'whalla' the door was working again with minimal fuss and cost. I cannot speak highly enough about this company and its very reasonable prices compared with other locksmiths who seem to want to take advantage of people who are in distress by charging userous prices. I throughly recommend this company to anyone requiring a locksmith.

The only locksmith I have ever used who has actually tried to get in without damaging the lock, unfortunately it was a very secure lock and needed drilling however the whole the process was very quiet, quick and reasonable.
