Welp, it finally happened to me. I got locked out of my house. Came back from walking the dog and the lock had jammed - I had no idea they could just break like that. Fortunately, Arpi made the experience a lot less painful than it could have been. A super-quick call out time, sensible prices, and now I have a fully working door again. He was happy to advise on different types of locks and explain what the problem was - I would definitely use 99Locksmith for any lock-related needs in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Amazing service from 99Locksmith. After calling several other companies first, who quoted eye watering prices and could only attend after 2 hours, I came across 99Locksmith. A friendly voice answered and could not have been more helpful. From the initial call (at 9pm), to getting into the property was 35mins. 5 star service. The price we discussed over the phone was exactly what I paid. It was lovely to meet someone who was so happy and had a passion for their job. I would encourage anyone in a similar situation to call them first due to the amazing service.

Very professional service. Called after a safety situation, and all my locks were checking the same day that I called. They left no mess, and just an excellent service from start to finish. I also needed a lock out on my bedroom door, ( teenagers,) and he was there and it was a job well done. Thoroughly recommend them!

Alpi and Christian were brilliant- really professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was particularly upset at managing to lock myself in my new flat but they made light of a bad situation. I wasn't the easiest of customers to deal with initially but they were empathetic with my situation and even gave me a better deal! Not that I ever want to lock myself in or out again, but if I did, I'd know who to call.
