We had an issue with our front door which meant we were unable to lock it, Steve came over promptly and fit a temporary lock and took our existing mechanism away to find a replacement. Replacement fit promptly and the door even closes better now than it did previously as he fixed a little rattle which we had assumed was just part of the door! Great service.
