They come quickly and know their stuff. Pricing is fairly transparent - it's a fixed fee of £79 for up to one hour's call-out. If you have more than one problem they can help with during your minimum call-out 'hour' they are happy to do that, which is good...

Gareth and Jon were brilliant! I’d got locked out as my key would not turn in the lock! They were amazing and must have heard the worry in my voice! Despite my call in the evening, they arrived within 20 minutes, were very friendly and assuring and helpful over-the-phone and in person just the same! They were also informative about the work done, punctual, friendly and I felt totally at ease with them. Prices reasonable too. We rang 3 places to get a quotation. The locksmith, Gareth is really personable. He quoted us the price for the replacement of a eurolock which was the best by £10 compared with others. The root of the problem was a worn lock mechanism and a cam had slipped. He arrived 20 minutes after phoning. Dismatled the lock and talked us through the repair so that we could understand what and why. Gareth also fixed some associated problems with the door (too tight after heat expansion) with no extra charge. Very happy with the work.

When we were getting ready the move house the removals guys accidentally packed the keys to the back door (my fault, should of left them in the door). After spending an hour or two looking for a small key which could off been one of hundreds of boxes I called Lewis. He arrived on time, was good enough to squeeze around the boxes (not an easy task) and opened the door and replaced the lock within 20 minutes. He even cleaned the door up afterwards. Moving is a pretty stressful time and Lewis took care of this quickly, efficiently and for a fair price - would highly recommend

so the fire alarm went off in my block of flats and i was in such a panic that i locked my keys inside. was 10 o’clock at night and i had no way of getting in. Called up and Lewis arrived within 20 minutes. thought it would be straight forward but i had a very strong lock on my door. he tried everything but in the end i had to have a new lock on the door and even then that had issues as well. 1 hour & 30mins later it was all fixed and i’ve never been so greatful. Most other people would have given up or charged triple the price but nope it was the same price he quoted at the beginning. so if you ever need a locksmith and they get in within 5mins and you asked “why do i have to pay for just 5mins work?” That’s why!! they don’t know what they are turning up for so they still need to have all the equipment and do the same job. Very professional! Lewis was very thorough in understanding what work had to be done before he committed to anything. A knight in shining armour !!!!! My lock wasn’t working and he managed to fix it without replacing the whole thing and saved me getting all new keys. It didn’t take long so he then offered to service the rest of my locks and adjust where they met the door.
