Shaun came and completed a free no obligation quote originally. He made sure to check if he were able to amend our door set up rather than replace as well as a barrel change. He turned up at the agreed time and was a very friendly pleasant chap to deal with. He measured up and noted down what we were after and agreed to send over a quote. By the next morning Shaun had sent me the quote. We had to wait for some £ to come in before agreeing to the works, Shaun was very patient & understanding. As soon as i contacted him with the go ahead parts were ordered and in and fitted within 6 days! Again Shaun arrived to complete the works on time. Was clean and concise and the work was completed in less than one hour. Reasonably priced, flawless to deal with and would definitely recommend. Thanks Shaun, really appreciate it & will be keeping your details and sharing for future!

We were in need of a locksmith to inspect and put right a system which had been damaged by a tenant. Shaun helped immensely and did a thorough and professional job to initially make the door secure; order the required parts and finish the job in good time. A HUGE thank you for the excellent service today ! The door locking mechanism wasn’t working properly in my new house but thankfully I was fortunate to find the right person for the job !!!!! Shaun responded straightaway to my call and arranged to come round a few hours later ! He identified the problem then set to work. I was impressed with his professional knowledge and expertise. Had fantastic service from Shaun. We had problems with our patio door which wasn’t closing properly and the handle was stiff to lock. Shaun replied promptly to my initial WhatsApp message and was able to come round within a day. He also repaired a small window for us and will return with new hinges for another. Shaun explained each stage and showed me what needed to be done. He was polite and friendly and we were very happy with the result and price. Very happy to recommend.

Our external kitchen door lock was on its last legs after 10 years of family life. We needed the locking system either mending or replacing accordingly, Shaun was round in a flash assessed the door and a replacement mechanism was ordered. He came back and fitted it at our convenience which for what he charged was amazing, the door works perfectly now ensuring that our rear door is now secure and will last several more years of kids abusing it etc. I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough, fast, efficient, completely trustworthy and good value.
