Alex helped us out of a difficult situation. We contacted Alex from Cambridge to help our son in Brighton who had locked himself out of his room. Everything was sorted within half an hour even though it was late at night. Recommended!

I had an issue with my lock and had to find someone fast. I generally only choose tradesman based on reviews and this one came up with the best. I called Alex who came out to view the lock and provided me with 2 options, he was able to give a speedy quotes and recommendations which made it easy for me to choose the best option. Alex ordered and fitted the new part within 24hrs of the first call out. So I am extremely pleased with the service and workmanship. I thought the price was fair and the overall experience of dealing with Alex was awesome!

Excellent job from Alex, fitting a new lock on my front door and back gate and also fitting a new front door bell! He left everything clean and tidy, and even "threw in" the batteries for the bell. I'd definitely recommend them.

Really happy to write this review. About a month ago or more we needed a locksmith urgently on a Saturday morning. I had an urgent situation which needed the lock sorted ASAP. He put me in front and came along super fast and dealt with it with no fuss. Thank you sooooo much! Highly recommend.

Alex came round to our house as soon as he finished the job he was doing. He got to the heart of the problem very quickly and made it all good for me. He was a life saver! Saved me having to go a main Ford dealer to get a new key made up which would have been very expensive plus I would have probably had to wait a week or two to get a replacement. They may even have had to take my car in the process. Had Alex look at an issue with my misses' car too while he was here which he was kind enough to do and once again was able to diagnose the problem and give us options and advice on how to sort it. Our door is strangely hard to open, and we call Smith at 7:00 o clock in the evening, luckily the staff comes quickly and makes our door helpfully. It's little bit expensive but the efficiency worth the price!
