Had a front door lock that was catching and jamming. Carlos came and took a look, figured out what parts were needed (which could have been a challenge as there were no identifying marks on what was there already), ordered and fitted. The supplier actually sent him the wrong part, but he had that corrected and available for fitting the following day. He's a neighbour of ours on the same street, yes, but the service was 100% professional and very reasonable - he deserves nothing less than five stars.

One word - lifesaver! While holidaying around York our car keys fell apart when getting petrol for the car, as you can imagine we panicked thinking how are we going to get this replaced. I called Carlos as the lock on the front door would not work and I was locked out of the house. He arrived 20 minutes after agreeing to come out. He got the job done with no messing around.
