Would definitely recommend, managed get our front door open after it became stuck, made sure we could securely lock it while he waited for the parts he needed to fix it. He came back the next day and fixed it leaving our door working better than it ever has been. Excellent service, very informative and friendly.

The handle on my back door broke. Having waited in all afternoon for someone who didn't come, at 5.15pm on a Friday I phoned Lockline simply because they were the nearest locksmith to where I live. The man said he could come straight away and within an hour I had a new door handle fitted and working. He was tidy and thorough, checking the fit of the door and spending time adjusting it and it didn't cost a fortune. Very impressed and I will be using them again if I need to.

Darran came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday at 7.30 pm. Did a temporary fix to secure our door, came back a few days later with the parts required and everything done perfectly to fix our door. Contacted Darran Heaney (Locksmith) via email at 20:30 hrs. He replied promptly the following morning and within a couple of hours he was at my property attending to my uPVC door lock. I phone Darren this morning regarding problems with my front door lock and he quickly arranged to call just after dinner . He arrived right on time and said my lock was fine however the door was hung completely out of line resulting in numerous problems with shutting the door and scraping the bottom panel of the door He consequently and diligently removed all the hinges replaced worn screws and added spacers and carried on testing the door until he was completely satisfied. And also got me closing the door the right way in the right sequence as he said he likes to know the customer is aware there is a wrong and right way of shutting a door of which I was completely unaware of.Definitelty recommended to sort any problem out at the right price as well I can't

Our issue was a bathroom window that was left ajar and wouldn’t open or close having stuck in place. After being messed around by other companies, who either attended and couldn’t fix or wouldn’t come out to our rural location, Lockline Locksmiths came out quickly. They fixed the problem temporarily until parts were ordered. They returned within a couple of days and fixed the problem completely. It was a really good service and I would definitely recommend and reuse myself. They didn’t take payment until the problem was completely fixed. It cost £95 which I though was reasonable considering the two trips and parts.

A ten year old UPVC sidegate to our bungalow malfunctioned, becoming permanently locked. Also, concealed screws holding the gatepost to the building had loosened, causing the gate to tilt slightly and graze the opposite gatepost. Lockline Locksmiths responded admirably to a challenging visit that lasted one and half hours, leaving the gate and mechanism undamaged and more functional than ever before. I needed a Locksmith to look at a digital door lock which had failed. I called Darran who came quickly to look at it and as replacement parts weren’t available a new lock had to be ordered. The new lock didn’t work properly when fitted and after speaking to the Company they decided it was a faulty lock. A replacement was ordered and is now fitted and working perfectly. He has also replaced the French Door locks with anti snap ones to make them more secure. I cannot fault Darran especially for his time and patience in trying to get the first lock to work! He is friendly but professional and leaves the property clean and tidy. The work was very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Lockline. Thank you!

I was having trouble installing a Conexis L1 lock. Phoned up this morning, explained the situation to Darran who came out within the hour. He stripped the lock down and oiled both the lock and hinges. Found existing cylinder to be faulty and suggested new one instead of using Conexis. Would certainly recommend to anybody who requires a Locksmith and would have given 11 out of 10 if it had been possible.
