Very pleasant experience! We had a complicated main door mechanism problem that was sorted very efficiently and quickly. We also called him back to fix the alignment on our kitchen door after he had left. He was more than happy to return with a smile and fix it in a jiffy. Needed a front door cyclinder urgently replacing. He arrived within 45 minutes of my call ~8pm on a week night. Unfortunately because of the rarer parts he had to come back in the following morning, but arrived back first thing with the parts needed, and the work was done in minutes.
