Really good experience. Arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even took the time to explain why my previous lock had protruded slightly instead of being flush to the handle! Would definitely recommend and couldn't imagine going elsewhere else in the (hopefully unlikely) event of needing a locksmith again.

The toughest lockout ever faced but conquered by Warrior Locksmiths! After arriving back in the UK from Ireland and finding ourselves locked out and absolutely no way of getting in. I called Simon who was quick to respond and was at my home within 15 minutes. Simon quickly went to work on trying to gain entry through the broken front door but nothing seemed to be working, this did not deter Simon in anyway. His professionalism, patience and sheer determination continued for at least an hour but nothing changed before Simon tried to gain entry through the conservatory doors at the rear of the house. This also proved to be way tougher than Simon would have expected taking at least another 45 minutes before he gained entry. Then Simon started once again on the broken lock of the front door. Angle grinders, door and frame spreaders; every tool he had at his disposal was used on that front door until eventually Simon had it open. Then it was handles off locks out and all replaced in no time. Simon was absolutely amazing! He kept going when many other locksmiths would have given up. I can't recommend Simon highly enough, don't hesitate call Warrior Locksmiths.

Problem with back door clearly some part of the mechanism has failed. Quick scan of internet and Warrior locksmiths looked promising. One phone call and very soon Simon arrived and assessed and diagnosed the problem. Shortly afterwards we had a new locking mechanism and a fully working door. I used Warrior Locksmiths for the first time today, and I am so pleased that I did. I have been looking to change my house locks for a while after reading how easy my existing euro profile locks were to defeat. I initially rang to enquire about getting my locks replaced for a more secure option, not expecting to get them replaced today. Simon was extremely helpful answered all my questions and offered to carry out same day installation. Within about an hour of my first call he arrived at my address to assess the locks so he could get the right length for the replacements, he was soon back and about 20 mins later all the locks had been changed. Very professional, efficient and friendly service. I would definitely use Simon again and would whole heartedly recommend his services

Simon was professional and friendly throughout the job, he made time to chat with my little boy about tools and what he was doing but didn't let this distract him from completing the job promptly. He came to us on very short notice and was clear with the job and pricing from the start. I later referred him to a friend who's landlord could not provide a spare key to her home.

Called Simon to arrange installation of new locks in our new build as builders tend to use the cheapest non snap proof ones and they are not keyed alike so we have 15 keys to contend with. Due to other trades going on, we needed to reschedule and Simon was more than happy to accommodate this around his own schedule. Simon measured for size and then drove all the way to Ultion HQ had them keyed alike within 1hr and was back to install 5 Ultion keyed alike locks. My wife is happy she doesn't need to carry so many different keys around now and one key works for everything. He's professional, reliable and no hesitation recommending him to others.
