I have been visiting Delyth for a couple of years and am now a regular customer! Delyth is calm, warm, friendly and professional, from the initial putting-at-ease consultation to the end of the session. And did I mention she has magic fingers, which sense kinks, knots and tense places in my back that I myself have not acknowledged...? Whether you feel the need of a quick back de-stress or a full head to toe massage I wholeheartedly recommend Delyth...6 stars!

I have been seeing Delyth for back aromatherapy massages to help keep my back supple following disk issues and lower back pain. I always look forward to this time as I can relax and I know it’ll keep me agile for the next few weeks. The space is warm, relaxing and I come away relaxed, refreshed and ‘stretched’. Delyth prides herself in her work and I have recommended her to family and friends. Her warm bamboo sticks are amazing on sore muscles.

Delyth is both professional and empathetic. She has a quiet calming manner and listens so as to know what you need from each session. I never feel as if I am there only to receive treatment because she works with you to achieve the best outcome. She tempers her massage technique to provide more or less pressure depending on what’s needed on the day. Important if you suffer variable pain as I do.
