Pavlina visited me today and I received an hours Ayurvedic Full Body Massage. I felt immediately at ease with Pavlina who was professional, informative and friendly. The massage was absolutely fantastic, I was, and still am 4 hours later, extremely relaxed which is just what I needed! The treatment bed was super comfy and the warm oil felt wonderful! Highly recommended!!

Pavlina gave me an amazing Ayurvedic Treatment massage tailoring the treatment to my needs following a challenging hike that had made my hips and lower back sore. Pavlina knew just what my body needed and left me feeling on cloud 9. I have received various treatments from Pavlina from facials , to full body massages and pregnancy treatments . Pavlina treats you as an individual and you feel as if the treatments are tailored to you ( this is not what i have always experienced at other places ) . She is thoughtful and considerate and knowledgable . I have sensitive skin which reacts to cheap products but as Pavlina uses natural , quality oils , my skin not only tolerates them but feels soothed. I always feel much better physically and mentally afterwards and would have a treatment every day if I could !

A wonderful experience Pavlina provided a warm ayurvedic oil neck shoulder and back massage to help relieve some persistent back pain I have been experiencing. Professional from the outset, a quality web based booking service, excellent comms and prompt arrival at the allocated time - professional at all times. Pavlina carefully explained the benefits of the treatment, set out the equipment and gently got to work on my stressed muscles. Immediately afterwards when standing up I noticed the change, improved posture, movement and most important reduced pain, I need a few sessions to undo years of damage! Pavlina came to my home to give me an Ayurvedic foot and lower leg massage. After establishing the best place for treatment, and over a calming cup of herbal tea, we discussed my overall mental and physical health and how I had been feeling in the week or so leading up to the consultation. The massage I received was of an excellent standard, delivered in a professional yet kind and gentle manner. I felt it was of great benefit to me. Afterwards, Pavlina was able to provide feedback on what she noticed about my body during the treatment and what she felt were significant points of note. Her advice and observations are grounded in Ayurvedic principles and these gave me new and useful insights to explore in relation to my health and well-being, moving forward. Post treatment, Pavlina was kind enough to send me various suggestions for further reading and listening; recommended several herbal and floral remedies as well as specific calming and balancing products to use in support of my well-being. I felt that the service provided was very good value for money and I recommend it whole heartedly.
