From initial contact, to booking, to a warm and friendly welcome from Jayne on Reception, you just knew that this spa was going to be head and shoulders above the rest. We very much enjoyed our "Time for Two" spa with Jayne providing an excellent tour of the facilities before we enjoyed some proper R&R. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that not only was our custom very much appreciated but that the staff thoroughly enjoyed making us feel relaxed and restored. After our spa time we lounged in the Relaxation Room and then enjoyed our "Coconut Cocoon" treatments. Both our therapists, Jo and Chloe were fantastic - totally professional and very personable but most importantly, exceptionally good at their jobs. We both felt like we were walking on clouds! More QT in the Relaxation Room and then our session was finished. We couldn't recommend this spa highly enough. If you're looking for proper peace and tranquility with knowledgeable and highly competent staff, you really won't be disappointed. A fantastic experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a wonderful relaxing day here. I came with my mother and sister in law and we did the spa bliss package. It was well worth the money and I was really impressed that we had the entire spa to ourselves for the duration. Also included were 2 treatments - I picked a back massage and facial. I had Jo for my treatments and she was absolutely fabulous! Very friendly and professional. The while day was so relaxing and all the staff were all amazing. Will definitely be coming back here! I had the most wonderful relaxing time in the spa and although it was ‘only’ for 75 mins it refreshed me and relaxed me thoroughly. Big compliment to Jayne who is a gem of a woman! I felt very cared for and my privacy was well respected. The spa is very cozy and i had it for me alone! Everything you need for a time out! Highly recommend!

Booked to go here for my boyfriends 30th and we had the most amazing time. Staff were so friendly from the get go, we felt right at home! We had private use of the spa facilities and then an hour massage each after, it was so lovely. We left feeling on cloud nine

Lovely experience with my daughters. All the staff are so welcoming and accommodating and really want to give you the best experience. The spa is really special, especially as you can use it privately. My daughters enjoyed their manicures a lot as well.

Had the absolute best time at at spa today. I used the spa facilities which was amazing, you’re literally treated like royalty as soon as you walk in. After the spa I had a massage with Fran and it was unbelievable. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life

Nicky was excellent - took her time, didn’t rush me at all, very lovely and friendly. The spa itself was lovely and relaxing. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Selection of nail polishes was varied and used good brands like Opi!

Amazing spa. Friendly and welcoming staff. The spa facilities were great and it was very nice to have private use of the facilities. I heard from a friend that Ivybridge spa had opened up a barber shop, so I popped down earlier and was able to get a haircut and a beard trim later on the same day. Lovely, bubbly, friendly staff that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was very impressed with the job the staff did, she was professional and a little bit of a perfectionist but thats what I want from someone thats cutting my hair. I will be back soon, thank you so much.

Had a lovely private spa with friends, Sauna jacuzzi and steam room for £15 pp 75 minutes . Lovely treat. The pedicure was pleasant but the best. Massage was amazing as was facial.

I'm Glad I Found Ivybridge Spa, As The People Are So Friendly, Jo The Owner Makes You Feel Welcomed The Minute You Walk Through The Door, I Highly Recommend This Place, The Spa Was Amazing And Private, Provided Us With Dressing Gowns And Slippers, Showers Etc, i Had a Better Experience Here Than One Of The Highend Spa,s I Visited A Few Months Back, And a Fraction Of The Cost, Nicki Who Did My Eyelashes Was Lovely And Welcoming, I Was So Relaxed I Nearly Fell Asleep, Professional And The Nicest Lady You Could Meet I Cant Rate This Place Any Higher A++++ ❤️

Couldn't recommend this wonderful place any more than I can. Such warm staff. Caring and attentive. My bck neck and shoulder massage was good. Loved the smells👃. Going to go bck and see if I can get some of those massage oils. I had lavender oil on my bck and I was tired before I got there and now am home am even more tired. Thank you so much jo and team👧👩👩.
