I cannot recommend Helen highly enough. My husband went for a simple stress back massage and came out having something really wrong picked up on and she ended up down the road of helping fix it. I just wish we lived closer to visit every week! She really is incredible, and looks way beyond what you ask, to 'what you really need' to stay in tip top shape, physically and energy wise. Thanks so much Helen, we will be back for sure. Also Helen managed to fit us in at very late notice for which I am incredibly grateful. 100% perfect experience x
