I have been having reflexology sessions with Julie for the past 6 months now and I can honestly say she has helped me in so many ways. Julie is highly knowledgeable, professional, kind and genuinely cares for her clients. From my initial consultation I knew I had made the right decision to make the appointment! I would recommend anyone to visit, I promise, you won't be disappointed. Julie is amazing!

I have been visiting Julie for around 3-4 years now. When I made my initial enquiry with her, I was suffering really badly with a conditional called Plantar Fasciitis. It was extremely painful and I could barely walk most days. Julie was very empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable about the condition. With Julie's help and a few lifestyle changes, I am now pain free and the condition has dispersed. However, as I now walk a lot! I have continued to keep up with regular treatments, as I feel it helps maintain good health of my feet :) Julie is great! She is kind, understanding, welcoming, reassuring, very knowledgeable and most importantly easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend her!!!!

I don’t know what I would do without Julie and her reflexology treatments! I have tried many reflexologist over 25+ years of treatments, Julie’s treatments are first class, the best I have experienced. I have been seeing Julie for some time now but not being able to visit her during Covid -19 restrictions made me realise just what her treatments do for me and appreciate her expertise even more, hence my review. Julie is kind, professional, and amazing at what she does. Her treatment space is spotlessly clean and Covid secure. Fantastic!! I have searched for a professional and highly recommended practice for over a year now and very happy to say, I have found it!! Julie is both experienced and highly knowledgeable in her field and truly supportive. I initially suffered from lower back pain, restless sleep, a blocked ear and general lack of energy. A general body and mind MOT in my case was urgently needed. The great news is that my sleep has improved; the back pain and ear drainage problems have disappeared!! Last but not least my general health and energy levels are constantly improving after each treatment. I highly recommend Bedford Reflexology Clinic to anyone that is run down both mentally or physically and either not interested in artificial / chemical products or tired of using them with little or no improvement!
