I had been having problems with my back & shoulders for many years. I went to others massage therapists, but with no effect. Carol with her knowledge & expertise managed to finally relieve me of the pain. Aswell as her sports massage her full body massage is the most thorough one I’ve ever received, being as firm as you like or can handle!

I have attended Pilates over recent years. Out of the blue I started suffering with pain in my shoulder which I ignored in the hopes I would recover in due course. This did not happen and along with everyday restrictions I was unable to do many of the Pilates exercises. My Pilates teacher recommended I try massage and suggested I approach Carol. Not having any experience of such treatments I did so with some scepticism. Carol gave me a thorough examination. The problem appeared to be rotator cuff. Carol treated me with stretching exercises. She also found knots in my muscles which she eliminated. She advise me on daily exercises which I have happily continued. I have been pleasantly surprised how the treatment resolved my shoulder problems. I’m also happy to have regular sessions to guard against the recurrence of such debilitating and painful conditions. Carol was amazing! She was very quick to reply to me. She called me for more information before booking me in as she wanted to be sure she could help me before she agreed to take my money. She was early, polite, friendly and very informative. She helped me massively and was well worth every penny! Will definitely use again and would recommend to everyone. My issue is sciatica. She eased a lot of the pain and symptoms for a while and gave me stretches to do to continue on whilst I wait to see her again.

Carol even before my appointment was very informative of what I should be doing. When my appointment arrived and I saw Carol for my treatment I she was very friendly and welcoming. The standard of information given to me by Carole throughout my treatment was top! And once finished she again informed me of some aftercare between appointments to aid my recovery. 2 days later and already the improvement in the area in question has greatly improved meaning my return to sport could be closer. Thanks to Carol I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and one of it’s effects is a painful neck. The doctors referred me to a physio therapist who did a phone assessment and sent me an exercise sheet. I found this unsatisfactory. However, a couple of years ago Carol was recommended to me so I gave her a try. I found her to be very professional and her treatment effective. I have continued to have regular sessions with her and greatly missed those sessions which had to be cancelled due to lockdown. I am now happy to have restarted her treatment.
