Love this spa , have had a few massages here as they are so close to home , they deliver a consistently , high quality massage . The venue is always well presented , clean with attention to everyone's wellbeing . All the therapists are very polite , helpful and caring , ensuring that you are happy with the level of pressure they are delivering . Most of my massages have been with Noi , who is very good and funny also ! I generally have either their signature of hot stone treatments which seem to sort out my aches and pains . Very highly recommended .

My first but definitely not my last visit. This was the best massage I have had in Bedford, just as good if not better than the ones I have had in Thailand. Pearl was wonderful, friendly and sympathetic to my needs. It is a very welcoming place and you are put at ease straight away I had the Thai Aroma Massage for 90 minutes and I would definitely recommend it. I came out feeling relaxed and more supple than I have been in awhile. I will look forward to my next visit.

Arrived for my first Thai traditional massage and was greeted politely and made to feel at ease. The spa was very clean and the decor was very good. Co-vid 19 conscious spa, and every customer must wear a mask. My therapist was called Pearl and she was very friendly and reassuring. Have had a few massages before and this equalled and exceeded the skills and professionalism of those I had before. I really have come away feeling lighter, more comfortable and more flexible. Booking appointments on the website is very easy and the prices are very good value. The only negatives I would say is the sound of the hairdryers from the hair salon beneath the spa and also I didn't find my face was very comfortable on the massage bed. But the massage was 5/5!

Pearl is amazing, just had 90 min hot stone massage. Feel a whole lot better. The atmosphere is real Thai, and use of tiger balm. Had many Asian massages in Thailand and Singapore, and this compared extremely well. On my doorstep now, with covid flight restrictions, it’s a real gem of a place to find. This massage place exceeds all expectations! Every visit, my massage has been amazing particularly with Jay. Far better than central London establishments which used to be my go to. Thank you to Jay & her sister who also squeezed me in for my birthday at short notice on a fully booked day. They went above and beyond for my special day. I usually get the Signature (my favourite) but they were kind enough to add in Hot Stones. Customer experience and happiness is their top priority. The salon adheres to strict safety & hygiene procedures with temperature checks, hand sanitiser and appropriate PPE throughout treatment. I have already purchased gift vouchers for family & friends and recommended to work colleagues. Waiting for lockdown to be over so that I can return ASAP!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Their massages are absolutely the best I've ever had. The degree of professionalism is extremely high, all the staff are excellent and the treatments are unique and bespoke. Every staff member has gone the extra mile to make my experience as good as it can be, nothing is too much trouble. I have massage to manage pain due to muscle spasms and Joon even did extra research to make sure she fully understood my condition. I've been going for several months and my quality of life has improved enormously and my pain level has decreased. All the staff are unfailingly kind, helpful and polite. The treatment rooms are upstairs from a hairdressing salon and it can be a little noisy so it is not like a spa retreat but it really doesn't detract from the experience at all. 5 stars all the way😀
