I’d never had a massage in my life, most certainly not a deep tissue one! Recommended by my boyfriend, the transaction and set up of the massage couldn’t have been any smoother. Chris was not only easy to contact but was able to assist with all of my questions and enquiries. I was a little nervous but as soon as I met Chris I realised there was no need to be! The room was so relaxing and Chris took his time to explain what the massage would entail and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage itself was fantastic, helping ease out the knots and strains from a working from home job where I don’t stretch or move as much as I’m really supposed to. Once the massage was over Chris followed up with some advice and after treatment recommendations as well as a lovely bottle of cold water. I’ve left feeling so much more relaxed, with my shoulders sitting where they should be! Would highly recommend Chris and his services and will definitely be back again!!!

I visited Chris recently as I had a recurring issue with pain in my shoulder. Chris explained the techniques he would use and after 2 sessions, the pain has completely gone. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He put me at ease straight away, was obviously extremely knowledgable and really engaging. Whilst the initial reason for my visit has been treated, I’ll definitely continue to visit Chris as a precautionary measure.

Chris is the best in Belfast, an expert in his profession! Between working an office/desk job, training for triathlons, half marathons and other gym workout my muscles get really knotted up sometimes. Where has SkinPen Microneedling been all my life?!? I suffered from really bad acne as a teen and was left with some noticeable scarring. I have tried multiple treatments and creams both from the Dr and over the counter and nothing has helped reduce these scarring more than the Microneedling. Chris is an absolute legend to deal with, I was able to book online with ease. Arrived at his stunning clinic and was treated with such professionalism and not a single judgement. Absolutely love going to get a deep tissue sports massage from Chris!! My go to massage therapist, usually book in with him every two months for a full body. If I could it'd be every month. I have LOT of physical hobbies to the point my mates say I do too much and a manual job which builds up a lot of muscular tension especially in my traps and lats. Chris is very welcoming and puts you at ease, he's got a lovely set up space, he's knowledgeable and experienced with having worked in top resorts before becoming self employed. Chris is excellent at what he does! I love that he applies the amount of pressure I want, he also hits into areas I didn't even know I was tense at!! Which I love because afterwards I feel freaking fantastic. Everything is just restored back to normal functionality with reduced pain. 🙌🙌🙌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chris is without doubt, the finest massage therapist in his field. With professionalism and integrity, Chris always makes me feel calm and relaxed.
