I have visited Daphne on a few occasions and not only was the massage refreshing ,, daphnes advice on life style changes and healing hands are unreal. To be truthful ,Daphne has helped me out of a dark painful mind and body experience. Daphne has a brilliant attitude for helping people. You are not going to find a better therapist in this field of work. I have been a patient of Daphne for 7 years. My mobility needs are complex after 19 operations and it requires someone with advanced skills to navigate the trinity of mobility enhancement, pain relief and assistance along the road of healing. These three pillars are carried out alongside NHS medical/ surgical intervention which Daphne complements with great professionalism.

Having never had a massage before I decided to choose Daphne on my son's recommendation. Daphne is a very friendly woman who asks if you have particular areas that you need work on. The room and the atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage I got was unbelievable. So so relaxing that you could easily drift off to sleep, but then you wouldn't fully enjoy her hands at work if you did. Will I return absolutely!! Thanks Daphne!

I thought I'd give Daphne's Massage a go, based on the reviews that I'd read online, and am so glad I did. From the start, I felt comfortable and relaxed and the massage proceeded after a good discussion about my particular requirements. I have suffered from postural problems for a long time and Daphne was able to tailor the massage accordingly. She used a mixture of Swedish massage and Thai yoga massage which really helped. Previous massages from various other places have not been totally fulfilling, but this one ticked every box. I'll definitely be going again.

I found Daphne's massage one of the most relaxing and muscle free up in a few years now. Having had a sore back at a time and a sports injury on my knee with her muscle stretching and bending it did help big style. Yes i fully recommend daphne in being a fully qualified masseuse an friendly and courteous in her manner with dealing with nervous tensions in the body muscles.

Brilliant. Highly recommended. A top quality massage from someone whose treatment room, personality & manner reflect a genuine concern for her client's well-being and a wealth of experience and knowledge in relation to massage. I have been for a few massages, at times because of particular aches & pains, and on other occasions when folk have kindly given me tokens for various treatments, Daphnes Massage Belfast is easily the BEST and the only one to which I consistently go back. Here, 75 minutes means exactly that, rather than as can be the case with some therapists, 75min appointment means 60min actual massage time. Thank you.

This is my 3rd visit to Daphne & to be honest you would be hard pushed to find a better genuine masseuse anywhere. I workout regularly & have been carrying a leg injury for 11 months, Daphne has greatly improved my leg where I'm now able to do light squatting & pain has also greatly reduced in only 3 sessions. I also had a shoulder injury & again this also has been repaired. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else now, Daphne has a beautiful relaxing presence & completely puts you at ease so that you can just relax while she works on those aching or overworked muscles. There has never been any occasion were I have felt anything other than chilled with her, she works with the utmost professionalism. So wether you just fancy a "treat yourself day" or you have a particular ache then I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Daphne, having been to other places for massage work there's nowhere I would visit again & again. I will continue to enjoy the health benefits of a professional swedish massage at Daphne's for the foreseeable future. Parking & location is in a convient, private & safe area in North Belfast.
