C. S.Cathy's work is golden. I had thee best Indian Head Massage I've ever had with her. It was so detailed and unique I didnt want it to end. Cannot wait to visit her again. I also attend her yoga classes and as someone who has felt too overweight to really complete and enjoy many yoga poses in the past, her practice was perfect for me. She really is a magician for bringing you into the moment, and into your body. I've really enjoyed the relaxing restorative yoga at the end of her classes too - very inspirational for the rest of the week when you need it! And I honestly can't believe that after only a short number of weeks, I can hold a plank and a downward dog. If you need your cup filled up and some positive charge, I could not recommend Cathy enough.

I felt like I had 8 hours sleep at the end and have much more movement in my shoulder. Highly recommended and I look forward to my next appointment. Cathy's yoga is fabulous as well 🌻First class.
A. T.Cathy made me at home in her lovely zen space and gave me a great massage, so enjoyable, relaxing and renewing. I had some very tense shoulders when we began and usually need heat to really relax my muscles but she used a black pepper aromatherapy oil to warm and some assured deep tissue techniques to tease out all the knots. I unwound so much I could have stayed there all day. Do yourself a nice favour and let her take care of you! .
