Just had the sports massage done ,deep tissue work , absolutely brilliant,felt like a new man walking out . The staff on made me feel very welcome an adeilade herself ,very nice girl really easy to get on with ,,, cupping session already booked

Had a lovely experience here today, the staff were so genuine and friendly. The deep tissue massage was amazing and I was given great advice and explanation for my problem areas upon assessment within the massage. I will 110% be going here regularly. Very beneficial.

Went to The Therapy Room this week for the first time to have a sports massage with Adelaide. She is very knowledgeable and fantastic. Best sports massage I've had and I've had lots at differing places. I booked 3 more sessions right away as I know how hard it is to get booked as it took me about a month to get an evening appointment. Highly recommend.

Adelaide has a friendly and welcoming nature. Do not be fooled by her petite stature, as she is very very strong! I really enjoy a deep pressure massage and I thoroughly enjoyed my sports massage tonight! Already booked in again for my next one!

Ive been going to the therapy room for years now because adelaide has magic hands 😁 x last week at my seesion i explained how the doctor had diagnosed me with sciatica over lockdown and how much this had affected my daily life , after a quick chat with adelaide and a look at her skeleton muscle and ligaments posters (which i love) we located the problem and adelaide and her magic hands has fixed it ! No more sciatic pains at all x Nothing short of AMAZING after suffering so long x thanks again chick xx

The girl who runs the ship is magnificent, I always feel at home here no matter what. I highly recommend the Hopi ear candle and back massages !!! It really is first class, 5* service. Amazing place for a massage Adelaide is the only person who has ever been able to give me pain relief on my shoulders. I have had neck back and shoulder massage, full body massage, bamboo massage and reflexology all from the therapy room if you haven't tried it you don't know what your missing
