The best! Best massage ever. Sadeeka has been amazing; she has helped with relieving this pain I’ve had for years on my back in just one session. She was so friendly, very informative and she always made sure I was comfortable. The place was very cozy and relaxing. Will definitely come back to her!

An absolute brilliant massage, iv been to many places but nothing like this , warm lovely onthe onset, I was kindly advised on the deep tissue and all my knots and hip problems were picked up on straight away after my session my hips were not in pain. Fire cupping wow. Top service, had a shoulder joint issue. Sadeeka was so quick to diagnose the problem. She immediately came up with a superb rehabilitation plan. I had a deep tissue massage followed by fire cupping and i have no pain since. I visited the doctors and a physiotherapist and it was a waste of time. Just after first i was able to go swimming. Sadeeka provided intensive knowledge and care treatment. Honestly i wouldnt anywhere else. The spa room looks gorgeous. Safety and hygeine top class. Already booked in for a cupping massage.

I booked myself in for a 120 minute deep tissue massage combined with reflexology. I am very hard to please, but sadeeka managed to satisfy all my expectations. she was quick to diagnose the underlying issue and was so knowledgeable with the body anatomy and after care. Her pressure and hand movements were exceptionally outstanding, i cannot praise enough, the pain in ma hip and the and trigger points sadeeka nailed it without me telling her where the pain is. i have gained instant relief and my prayers are with you. Sadeeka was so comforting, and professional, it was my first time ever having a massage and i was nervous to say the least... Her techniques are really amazing and how she works and educations you in your body and how you other means of recovery is amazing, i train regularly and my body is fairly tight alot of the time, she started slowly for me as its my first time and told me when she was going to go a little heavier, honestly such a wonderful experience definitely recommend 5/5!!!

I have a torn ligament in my knees, which causes me severe pain and swelling. I went to my GP who suggested to try a few exercises and medical massages and worst case if no improvement then we potentially look into surgery. I noticed walking and exercises did not help, so my freind suggested me to book a consultation with sadeeka who deals with these issues and has alot of experience, I had an initial assesment with sadeeka, and she had instantly identified the problem and was so quick and efficient to tailor a plan for me. Sadeeka performed a unique sports massage combined with trigger point therapy with the best oils to work around my lower muscles and worked around the Popliteus and assessed my patella whilst softening the scar tissue. I am astonished after my 60 minute session and cool compress I had flexibility in my leg, it felt so light and there was no pain, no stiffness. My upper thigh and knee felt loose. Sadeeka has repaired so much just in my first massage that I no longer have severe stiff pains and I can walk so much freely and comfortably without the shocking pain. We have booked regular sessions to keep following up on this until I no longer need to seek medical advise or surgery. I am so relieved. Sadeeka you are an angel, thank you.
