I visit Maslo Therapy regularly. Their sports massage treatments have helped me improve some long standing injuries and has been great at preventing any future injuries or mobility issues. Last month I was having issues with my right shoulder and trap, Tom was able to identify the problem and correct the issue with massage and prescribed exercises. Adam

Tom clearly explained some of the main issues affecting my lack of mobility and aching. Knowing the why really helped justify the exercises I was set and I've really noticed a difference. Tom was very clear and honest and unlike a lot of sports therapists/physios never pushed for future sessions; he gave me some great exercises to work on for the foreseeable and told me to come back whenever suits.
