Wow, just got back from meeting the lovely Brigitta after receiving a full mot. She made me feel comfortable straight away and within 3 minutes of massaging my feet told me of 3 ailments I have. I was blown away. She picked up more during our time together. Very experienced. I had 90 minutes of massages, reflexology, hot stones and left feeling wonderful. I was sent home with my homework and i have booked in again for next month. Already counting down the days. Edit: Had to edit as google doesnt allow 2 reviews but i had another massage today this time with Aaron. Had a great top to toe sports massage and came away feeling so relaxed. Aaron made me feel comfortable and communicated and explained when moving on to different areas. He went out of his way to make it possible for me to have a massage You can tell that he does this because he genuinally cares for people and wants to ensure that this service is accessable to everyone. Google wont let me leave any more follow up reviews but I'm booked back in and hope to be able to go regulary

The therapist is incredibly easy to talk to enabling me to be honest and open and put me at ease.You also soon realise that this is someone who has a gift and an insight into how the body functions and was soon reading me like a book.As for the therapy, well it worked for me! After suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder/neck and carpal tunnel in my hand I booked in for a deep tissue massage, I was first treated with reflexology followed by a tailored massage to help the area of my shoulder that was causing me so much grief. The second time I came in I saw a chiropractor who helped minimise the pain in my hand from the carpal tunnel, followed by a second deep tissue massage which, again helped a lot. I highly recommend Back 2 Wellbeing and all the treatments on offer, the time and care given is second to none which makes all the difference when being treated. Will be back again soon for more fixing :)

My husband won a voucher for a massage in a raffle for charity, I had never had a massage before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a little tricky to find but I got there without too much trouble. The lady told me they are not for profit and help out the local soup kitchen as well so I thought that was great. Due to an emergency on their part my massage had to be rescheduled but the lady stayed late on Saturday to squeeze me in, I appreciated that a lot. Overall I enjoyed the experience and felt a lot less tight afterwards. I loved the hot stones especially and would get that treatment again.

In severe pain with my back and neck, I Googled for "deep muscle massage". Based on the volume of 5* reviews, I messaged 'Back 2 Wellbeing'. I received a very quick response and was fitted in for an appointment within just a few hours. On attending, I met Brigitta who was extremely personable and instantly put me at ease. She clearly knows her stuff! From her initial reflexology diagnosis (and knowing nothing about me or my history), I was astounded at her accuracy! I had my first treatment today and I can’t wait for my second! I felt very welcomed, and I was immediately provided with advice on how to help reduce my pain. The massage itself was amazing, the best i’ve ever received. I was given some advice on things to reduce doing, as well as things I should be doing more of. I was taught some exercises I should be doing everyday, which i’m going to do every morning, and how to correct my standing and walking. Definitely worth it, will be making B2W my regular place!

I had the pressure points on my foot manipulated & I was told about my diet, my water intake etc. While this was happening I was talked through the procedure I was about to have. I was put at ease & at times even had a laugh with the masseur/chiropractor. After an hr of hot stones, fullbody massage. I was relaxed. Although my pain was still there, it had eased I was told that if I continued with the exercises & the homework I was set, that not only would feel better but by our second appointment, she could really work on my problem points. Back 2 Wellbeing is a hidden gem. I visit Bournemouth a couple of times a year and have a massage each time at a local hotel. With the spa in the hotel temporarily closed I had to look elsewhere which was a blessing in disguise. From the moment I booked to the moment I left I could really sense the passion and care Brigitta has for treating her clients. Before and during the treatment Brigitta would explain exactly what was going to happen. The room was nicely furnished and had a lovely ambience with soft lighting and gentle music. The massage itself was exactly how I like it, which can be hard to find, and just what my tired and aching body needed. When I left I felt lighter and walked with a noticeably better posture and relaxed shoulders. As an added bonus Brigitta demonstrated specific stretches that would help my problem areas. Another bonus is that by using Back 2 Wellbeing a portion of the fee goes to helping the local homeless via a local charity that Back 2 Wellbeing work with. I have a second appointment booked already!

I have been looking for a good masseuse for a long time, someone who knows what they are doing and now I think I have found one in Brigitta! She is very professional and what she doesn’t know about massage isn’t worth knowing. The session was unrushed (in fact, we over-ran by about 15 minutes!) and also included some reflexology. A nice gesture is that some of the fee go towards helping a soup kitchen in Bournemouth. The only downside is that the massage room is quite small, but I have booked my next treatment.
