Such a wonderful place, the spa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and then met by my therapist. She's was very attentive and listened to all my needs. The massage it self was amazing, I had an Indian head massage/neck back and shoulder package. I felt so relaxed and calm after the treatment. I can not recommend this please enough. I can't wait to go back

The best place in Bournemouth for a PROPER massage. Well worth the money. Staff are very well trained and knowledgeable, they are always pleasant and polite. (They even speak quietly to maintain the tranquil vibes) You will definitely feel relaxed when you leave. I'm not from Bournemouth but when I am there I always go. Hard pressed to find better in or around Bournemouth I have looked. Thank you URELAX. I will see you again soon

Gabriela, and the team at Urelax surpass themselves on every visit: I have enjoyed two treatments at this wonderful little find in the heart of Westbourne. Urelax is inviting, warm and friendly but also offers the best of treatments. Having been used to treating myself at spas and having various therapies over many years, I am delighted to have come across this little gem. My first treatment was a relaxing massage. A 60 min breath of fresh air treatment from La-ong my wonderful therapist. It truly was up there with the best I’ve ever had. Similarly my treatment today (12th May ‘22), was with the delightful Taa gave my the ultimate relaxation. I had opted for the Luxury Facial and Back treatment, and it did not disappoint. I literally felt that I floated out of the salon. Perfect. Thank you girls - I will be back.

I took my Mum and we booked a couple's massage - £95 for two people for an hour was excellent value. The quality of the massage was excellent. We were on professional masseuse beds, in separate small well heated rooms, but there was an open door between us so we could talk/hear each other. The massage rooms were down a steep set of stairs, but once down, the massage rooms were softly lit, nicely decorated, they smelt nice and had nice relaxing background music playing. Very interesting wallpaper in the toilet! The massages were so so good. My Mum has a back problem but her masseuse Tum really listened and Mum said afterwards that her back felt better for days. The reception area is a bit awkward, there was no music and people who come out of their massage and people going in have to sit in the same place, which considering it only has two chairs doesn't really work. The lady ahead of us finished late, so we started late and then the lady behind us was clearly made to be even later. Despite that, it was really great and not putting us off going again. Mum has been talking about going again for days now 😊

Was lucky enough to get a booking on line for the same day, a busy Saturday. Indian head massage was amazing, best one I have ever had. The staff were really welcoming and obviously knew their stuff! I'm not local but will definitely book again when I'm down that way.
