Bit dubious on my first attendance, but what can I say, totally put at ease. Great treatments and helping me somewhat with my back and shoulder issues with hot and cold treatments after a massage as helped my speedy recovery.
Emma is so engaging and professional that you are put at ease and feel relaxed. As are all of the team at cryocube. I'd recommend it to anyone to help, with a wide range of facility's available.

Me and my husband visited CrayoCube first time today. I was worried about cold and I am a little claustrophobic but decided to give it a ago. We were explained everything by the lovely and professional staff member. Cryotherapy experience is extraordinary and felling after all the treatments is amazing.

Had a brilliant experience at the Cryocube. It was my partner's and mine first time doing cryotherapy and hyperbaric chamber. We really enjoyed it and Harry looked after us so well during the session. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable for our first time. A little tip, if your doing the hyperbaric chamber, bring a book!

Absolutely loved this from the moment I arrived.
Not going to lie I was starting to get nervous to go into a place and freeze myself but wow the staff are so friendly and knowledgable and really put you at ease immediately with a friendly greeting.
The whole experience was cool I wasn’t sure what I was expecting but I went for the hot and cold therapy and had a sauna for about 30/40 minutes (it’s not like a regular sauna) and then the cold therapy.
Cold therapy was cryo chamber for around 4 minutes or something, all kit you need such as gloves are given and a thorough explanation is provided before you start, as well as the knowledge that someone is there if you need help!
It was absolutely fine I would say a cold shower can be harder tbh. I could feel the cold everywhere.
After this had red light lamp therapy standing in a room which had red lights bars everywhere.
Satisfying over all and I enjoyed. I’ll see how the effects on the body are over the next day or so.
Thanks all.

Was sceptical going in the cryo therapy box but was reassured by staff after my 3rd my right knee that has been swollen for over 8 months now due to arthritis has gone right down...Harry was amazing can't wait to visit again

After experiencing temperatures of -180 degrees centigrade, you feel so good coming out of the Cryo Chamber and red light therapy. If you've got any aches and pains, 3 minutes in there will sort you right out . I'd recommend regular visits though.

I suffer with fatigue and aches and pains particularly sciatica. The whole experience from start to finish was 1st class. I felt energised and from the first cryo session there was a huge relief from my pain. I now attend regularly and am able to stay off my pain killers. Excellent place it gets a big thumbs up from me 👍💯

Brilliant, who would have thought being frozen would be so exhilarating. Staff were friendly and I've booked to go again.
