I have had a few sessions of Indian head massage and reiki with Karen and I find they are amazing with helping my constant headache. I always leave our sessions relaxed which is wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Karen. She's so approachable and very knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to my next session!

I first went to Karen for a Reiki session while going through a divorce. I had never had Reiki and was feeling emotional so wasn’t sure what to expect but Karen made me feel at ease from the moment she greeted me. She has such warmth and within minutes she makes you feel like you are all that matters. She really takes the time to understand how you are feeling. I continue to go to her and always will- after Reiki I come away feeling lighter and positive and I always have a great night’s sleep after the session! Karen has created a safe, cosy environment for her therapy sessions within grounds of her home. I now see going to her as a self care treat and would recommend her to anyone looking for holistic therapies.
