I have been attending classes with Gregg Isaacson since April 2021. I suffer from lower back pain from time to time and needed to find a therapy that would work for me.
The classes have been brilliant. They have helped me move more freely and with more confidence. I have seen a marked improvement in my health. Gregg is a born teacher, calm, intuitive and sensitive. I highly recommend his classes, which I continue to do.

My husband and I started seeing Gregg a few months ago and I'm so glad we did. Our sessions with him are bliss. My body always feels so much calmer, more balanced and relaxed afterwards, followed by a wonderful nights sleep. I would highly recommend Gregg. I don't know how he does it, but he has magic hands and somehow, by doing the smallest of movements, can create huge shifts in the body.

My sessions with Gregg have completey changed the way I think about how I use my body. It's a new world to discover. Gregg is a kind, calm and wonderful teacher who instantly puts you at ease.

For the last 8 years I’ve had tension headaches, which have definitely taken the gloss of life. Everyday having some form of headache from minor to all day is really no fun and all the things I’d tried couldn’t stop them. My last roll of the dice as it were was Alexander Technique with Gregg. Initially I got a bit better after each session. The books Gregg suggested worked well with sessions. Then I suddenly realised the headaches had gone. Without over doing it, this has changed my life, I do get the odd days to a week of them still but that is a rarity. Most days I just feel normal and with more energy. I bet the makers of Anadin Extra are a bit unhappy! Thanks Gregg, great work! Francis Field

I used to spend a lot of time at the computer while at work. I would often have a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders by the end of the day. Out of work I love to play the violin which can make the problem even worse. I had Alexander Technique lessons with Gregg and learnt awareness of tension building up through the day especially with long hours at the computer. I was amazed to discover how tightly I grip my violin when in fact it is such a light instrument. In addition to getting less grumbles in my neck and shoulders on a day to day basis I am able to play the violin with significantly less pain afterwards. I would recommend sessions with Gregg to anyone who struggles with the physical stresses and strains of everyday life. Working with him has made a real difference.

Wow! What a great professional! It's been my first experience with the Alexander Technique and I've learnt so much about my body and posture! There are so many things that you can apply to your life and work to ease or prevent pain. Gregg is a very good professional and a very nice person and I will be certainly repeating. I recommend Gregg to anyone that wants to improve their posture at work or in any other setting. You really become so much more aware of how you are using your body. 10 out o 10!

I feel truly amazing after my weekly Alexander Technique lessons with Gregg, it feels like I get a full body massage every week.
Moreover what I'm learning with Gregg is a body awareness practice that, in itself, without any interference from Gregg, is improving the way I use my body in movement and in stillness. Alexander Technique feels awesome to me because, in a sense, I don't have to do anything. It's basically effortless.
Also, Gregg's a top bloke who's great to be around.. bonus!

My sessions with Gregg are a great help in understanding my body and how I hold myself on a day-to-day basis. We have then used that consciousness to think about the way I play musical instruments with the aim to apply the least amount of effort to get the results that I want. He is excellent at listening to my needs and concerns and constantly thinking of new ways to work out how to help – you can tell that he thinks about his pupils individual needs between sessions.
And as well as all that the sessions are enjoyable, with a chance for a nice chat about friends, family, current affairs and music.

I've been seeing Gregg for a few years now and have found Alexander lessons with him invaluable in dealing with the physical tension that has been getting in the way of much that I do, in particular playing the piano. Gregg is a lovely guy; lessons are always a pleasure and I leave, quite literally, a few inches taller. I've been very happy to recommend him to friends and other musicians.

Gregg is a fantastic Alexander Technique teacher. I have been getting lessons from Gregg for years and always leave with so much more than i expect. Freer, lighter and happier. He was also very accomodating of my circumstances and worked online with me which proved very effective. You will be in excellent hands with this teacher!
