I've been coming to Adele at Aloha Massage for nearly a year now. She isn't your typical "press all the muscles, pain is gain" kind of masseur, she really listens to your body and applies the right kind of techniques to get results. Well worth the money.

Adele knows what she’s doing and I must say it is the best massage I have had I. Many many years. She listens to you to understand where your at before treating , I’ve never walked away knotted. She is Calm Professional and knows how to get into knots and release them, I’ve been going to her for 6 years.

Best massage in Brighton and I've tried many places over the years. Adele really understands how to get knots out and release muscle tension. I struggle with my back a lot and feel like I'm waking on clouds when I leave. She is very knowledgeable and gives helpful advice too.
