Very high quality spa. It's quite big and spacious.I went on a Saturday during the day and it wasn't too busy, but seemed to get busier in the evening. It was mostly men but some women and straight couples too. The staff were very friendly. Free water is available. Highly recommend this place. I'm sure I'll be back again. If you go as a single male you'll have to leave before 17:30, just a heads up.

We have been visiting BGHS for several years, its a great place to have a relaxing sauna, steam and jacuzzi. We have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. If we lived closer we would be there every week, unfortunately it's a 360 mile round trip so we normally make it a weekend break.

Spent a lovely Saturday afternoon here yesterday. Our first visit and a little apprehensive, however the staff were very understanding and explained everything to us. Spotlessly clean facilities and a very relaxing time in the sauna, steam room and pool etc.. Met some lovely people and no pressure. Quite quiet when we were there but that suited us for our first experience. Learnt from regulars that best time for couples is to arrive around 1530/1600 at the weekend, enjoy the spa facilities then once clean and relaxed visit the rest room areas if that is what you want to do. Looking forward already to our next visit and will book a massage. Well done BGHS, a well run establishment.

My wife and I have been three times now, it is clean and the staff are super friendly. It has two good saunas, a couple of steam rooms and several hot tubs and jacuzzis and a small warm swimming pool. Could not give it 5 stars as we were both disappointed that the massages are draped, really! Not something we are use to, however they are excellent value for money. It would be great if there was a choice of draped or not draped, my wife would definitely be booking one every time. But hey, we know it wont change but BGHS is a great place to relax and chill out.

My first ever time visiting any health spa (so nothing to compare it against) but as a first timer I really enjoyed my experience saunas, cool pool, hot tubs, jacuzzis, quite rooms, library, lounge, roof terrace (never tried to cold this time of year), bar. The staff were friendly and showed me around the place. Only gripes are I would of liked a bigger towel to wrap around my portund belly and to be allowed to wear flip flops (for hygiene reasons). All in all would like to go again.

Brilliant place to de-stress and unwind.. it is a naturists spa. Staff and management will not accept unrealiable behaviour, and will remove those not following rules and spoiling it for everyone else.. it is well run, clean, super facilities, nice cafe area, friendly staff, who do everything to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

The facilities were excellent, especially the big pool which was actually large enough to swim in. The owner was also very lovely and welcoming and even offered to sit down with us to show us the tour video.

Prior to the covid pandemic restrictions. I have been on numerous occasions. Enjoyable experience, friendly staff, friendly customers. The place is clean and tidy, regularly cleaned by the attentive staff. Non alcoholic beverages and snacks available all day and night. I have never had any issues with the reports by others, nor have I witnessed any unpleasant situations as quoted by previous correspondence. My only problem is the bloody parking enforcement officers,like bees in the honey 🍯 pot. Good Luck 🤞 😃 for the reopening soon.

Nice and relaxing and clean went with a friend from Sweden he nearly fell asleep in the pool had to be woken up with cold water🤣🤣 I had a lovely massage from Alberto who proceeded to get all the horrible knots out of my back and shoulders I slept like a baby.

Great facilities, good to have a naturist environment. Kept very clean. Love the very hot "hot tubs", no lukewarm nonsense here. Food nice to have on offer. Would be nice to have the sunbed back! Typically £22 entry and food/snacks mounted up to about £12 in my case.

Loved our first visit here in a Saturday night and will def be back. Very clean, civilised and grown-up. Spa facilities are great and you can easily spend a few hours going from pool to sauna to steam room. So relaxing. Upstairs we really enjoyed the relaxation area and it’s very discreet and respectful . If you don’t want to use them you can’t see or hear anyone who is using them. Simply by-pass them and continue to the top floor relaxation area where you can lie on a big bed and just chat.

My wife and I stumbled across this while backpacking through the UK. We were in Brighton on the end of our adventure and our bodies were sore from all of the hiking and walking we had done over the prior week and a half. We have to admit, we entered not knowing it was a "naturist" spa but after being greeted by Barbara at the front desk and her showing us around, we figured like the old saying "When in Rome...." We ended up staying for approximately three hours but when we left, we both felt absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so nice and the facilities were clean and well managed. If we lived closer, we definitely would make this a weekly stop to relax and refresh the body. Thank you Bristol Gardens Health Spa staff for being so nice and welcoming and making our visit to Brighton that much better :)

Me and fiancé frequented today for the first time ever trying this sort of place and we’re hooked! It was amazing and so sensual I left feel like I had no bones I was so relaxed! Options for when your feeling especially hot from the saunas/steam rooms/jacuzzi too ;) also Sam.. for a banshee, was amazing as well as the rest of the staff, went feeling so nervous and left knowing we’ll be coming back more often! BGHS is pretty much my 2nd home and favourite place. The facilities are brilliant and kept very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only way to be disappointed here is if you go feeling entitled or expectant. The jacuzzi is powerful and perfect temperature to really help my muscles along with the sauna, little super hot hot tubs and dips in the plunge pool to really boost circulation and does my body the world of good. It's a relaxing friendly place and can really hit it off with people both regulars and new all are welcomed, just be respectful and an awesome time will be had

This is a true gem well hidden from the usual lists of tourist "things to do/see in Brighton". The biggest benefit of this is the fact that this place is not flooded by them. BGHS is a 4-floors naturist spa with 2 dry Finnish saunas, 2 steam rooms, a few hot tubs, one large jacuzzi and a cooling pool, where you one can swim a bit. There are several lounges and little rooms for resting. It's a great refuge from the everyday hassle, very enjoyable and the customer service they've got is so nice and helpful. For just £33 on a joint entrance you can enjoy all the stuff unlimited. This is basically an old apartment building completely turned into a spa and naturist refuge. It's a family-run business, so you will definitely feel comfy in there. If you're into spas, saunas and don't mind being naked and around naked people, this is the place for you to go in Brighton.

First Visit, loved every minute! We are a couple in our early thirties and we visited on a couples only Saturday evening earlier this month. Having never been to a place like this before we were quite apprehensive and unsure what to expect, and nerves almost got the better of us, but as soon as we got through the door all our nerves vanished! We felt welcome and immediately comfortable surrounded by polite, respectful people, who all seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were! The spa facilities are excellent and being able to enjoy them naked enhances the experience ten fold. We didn't think that we would make use of the rest area, but after taking a peek out of curiosity we again felt so comfortable that we kept going back again and again! I can not recommend Bristol Gardens Spa highly enough, its an incredible experience, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. We plan on returning!

We don't visit as often as we would like as it's so far away. We've been visiting here for years and it's always improving ,our favourite being the small hot tubs and then into the plunge pool . A great place to chill out and meet other naturists .

It feels odd as you enter, seems like a strip joint... However once you get bare and down the stairs it's really nice, great facilities, two saunas, two steam rooms, cold pool, jacuzzi two 2-person hot tubs, plenty of showers, rest rooms, sun lounge. I booked an amazing full body massage lasting an hour for £40 (best massage I've ever had). I believe you can book a tanning bed too.
