Millie clearly explained the massage beforehand so I knew what to expect and the Swedish full body massage itself was so relaxing, could not fault it! The treatment room itself is so clean and relaxing with some beautiful touches like a heated blanket and low lighting. You feel like you can fully relax. All the products smelled divine. And everything was organic and vegan. Above all, Caitlin made me feel welcome and she is also bloody good at what she does! I especially enjoyed the unexpected shoulder, arm, and hand massages. I thought I was just getting a treatment for my face but at the end my whole body and being felt relaxed and cleansed. My skin looks great too – noticeably refreshed. I will definitely be back. :)

Today I had a massage by Millie, I've had many massages from many different countries and establishments but Millie by far is the most professional. She sat me down before the massage to find out my areas of concern so she can concentrate on those areas. After the massage I was left very relaxed and any tension in my shoulders were gone. What a beautiful experience, these are very skilled massage therapists. The centre is a lovely calm place. Me and my friend went for a luxury day, having both reflexology and Indian head massages, we both felt amazing afterwards.

And I’d say if your going for a massage, do the full 90mins if you can afford it, it’s worth it!

Lovely relaxed massage and facial. Good pressure/technique. Lovely smelling products (loved the Rose and geranium used for the facial). The ambience was good with calming music and general feel of the treatment room. There was some hoovering outside the room but not a major distraction and I still almost felt asleep with the rhythmic massage. I had a lovely time and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This is the best facial I’ve ever had! I had mine with Caitlin, and from the start she was so lovely and friendly. The experience was amazing from start to finish - I never wanted it to end. The whole atmosphere of the room is really relaxing, with a great choice of music. The products smelled divine and the additional massage on my scalp and arms/neck was brilliant. I had the most incredible Thai massage at the Phoenix Treatments & Beauty. My husband had bought it for me as my first Mother's Day gift, and my goodness did I need it! The Masseuse was intuitive, calming and expertly skilled. As a professional dancer, I have had many massages in the past and this one topped them all. She worked on my extremely knotted back, caused from breastfeeding, and the gentle yogic stretches were fantastic combined with the deep tissue work. I felt well and truly comfortable and relaxed. The room was decorated nicely and lovely and dark. I appreciated the use of organic products. Most of all I felt at ease and incredibly relaxed. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on returning. Thank you ever so much!

The massage really helped release my built up tension in my shoulders, especially now that I work at a desk. The fact they offer natural vegan cruelty free lotions and potions is an added bonus to the amazing experience. The room was warm and so inviting with just enough lighting, aromatherapy diffuser and relaxing music. Would love feedback after the session with recommendations of other styles to try next time.

Those who worked there were extremely lovely and friendly people. They made us feel really comfortable. There was a slight technical issue with the music so my masseuse said I'd have 20% off my next treatment, which of course I greatly appreciated. Herbal teas are also included and they really try their best for you. I will definitely go again as it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The products being natural means no irritations which is important to me, someone with sensitive skin. The therapists are super friendly. They have a points scheme too! No negatives, I'll be happily visiting this place for all my wax, massage, nail etc needs (and I don't even live in Brighton! It's worth it).

I visited the Phoenix in Brighton today, and as I arrived the sun broke from the clouds and already the location and ease of parking put me to ease. The interior was just as the photos online, perfectly lit with a cute little fireplace and mantle. The room was lovely and warm and to my surprise so was the bed I lay on, which made it a dream to lay in. The choice of slow jazz sound track was a satisfying choice, as at the right volume you can feel the music as you lay, enjoying the treatment. The treatment itself exceeded my expectations even with getting everything leading up to it spot on, Rosie was perfection, knew the right pressure, areas of work and just the right amount of oils applied and her knowledge and hints and tips were exactly what I needed. Hairy girl here. I was walking carpet for a year before going for an appointment yesterday. To give a clear picture, my family was complaining my leg hair was longer than the men in my family. I walked out of here a Fabulous Renoir nude. My body is so hairless renaissance statues are coming to life and asking salon recommendations. I also had a lot of small hairs left after my eyebrow wax that could have been plucked but weren't. I think more attention to detail would go a long way. Edit: I appreciate the rapid and generous response from Phoenix Treatments and their offer of discounted treatment, unfortunately I can't take them up on their offer but I'm happy to amend my review from 3-stars to 4-stars for their desire to please. My review wasn't necessarily a complaint, more like general feedback. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment but think it's worth mentioning some details that could be improved on. :)
