She was always professional, friendly, understanding and really listened to what I needed. Alice offered me tips to help manage anxiety in the short and long term and the hypnosis in each session was so relaxing. I finished her sessions feeling much more in control and calm. Totally recommend her for hypnotherapy sessions!
