I’ve been to a lot of clinics across Bristol and my experience with Ben is one of the best yet. In an hour, he gave me a full neck, back and shoulder deep tissue massage and also gave me some hip treatment to help with my runners knee. Topped off with a few chiropractic adjustments at the end and I felt like I’d had a thoroughly comprehensive and professional treatment. Have already booked to come back again.

I made an appointment with Ben with chest and shoulder pain that didn't seem to be going away, and the doctors didn't seem to have any suggestions. At the first appointment Ben went straight to the area of pain and did an adjustment which instantly gave me huge relief! Since then I have continued to go to Ben whenever needed, normally thanks to too many hours sitting at a desk typing! and he has continued to help each time. I also developed a really painful jaw and face ache due to a period of bad posture and stress which Ben managed to ease with a combination of acupuncture and chiropractic care. I now look forward to these appointments, not just because I completely trust that Ben will be able to help, but also because he is such a great guy who clearly enjoys helping others.

Recommended by my personal trainer (she also uses Ben). Had a problem with a swollen ankle for some weeks which I thought was an Achilles problem - wrong. Ben carried out a detailed assessment and concluded I had suffered an inversion sprain. Deep tissue massage followed and I am now wrapped up in Rocktape. Ben emailed me some useful exercises and looking forward to next visit in ten days to assess progress. Recommend Ben for anyone with knee, foot or hip problems. At 73 I am confident of a full recovery.

After suffering from frozen shoulder in my left shoulder for over a year, I went to see Ben when the same symptoms began to develop in my right shoulder. He treated me with a combination of deep tissue massage, acupuncture and exercises. From the first session with Ben I could start to feel an improvement, and the shoulder he treated has recovered in a quarter of the time it would have taken without his help. Ben is highly knowledgeable and very effective. I saw him for sports massages before running the Mont Blanc 42k Marathon. Prior to the race I had pain in the bottom of my left foot, runner's knee, and a tight IT band. Ben knew exactly what to do and every visit it seemed he was able to fix something new. During the race, I was able to run for over 8 hours, injury-free across varying terrain which I put down to Ben's recommendations for exercises and his treatments. Ben isn't just any sports masseuse, he understands how the body connects in different ways having been trained in a variety of therapies, and takes holistic approach to dealing with injuries/niggles by trying to find the root of the issue. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I could not recommend Ben more!
