Jack was very professional and effective. If you are an aerialist, acrobat, or do physical activities constantly and you get muscular injured, I recommend you go see him. Fantastic treatment! Very respectful and attentive. I found the whole experience very painful...how ever?the state my body was in this was no surprise and the reason I booked the appointment in the first place! My body hurt before I walked in the door... despite finding it painful I knew this needed to be done. 24hrs later I felt very battered but 48hours later I am not as stiff as I felt prior to walking in. Booked my second appointment and hope that it's less. This is what happens when we expect a LOT from our bodies and don't take the time nor the care to look after your vessel. As a fitness instructor, keen motorcyclist and horse riding as a hobby it comes with no surprise that my body is feeling strained and neglected. The pain is not from the therapist but the lack of therapy and TLC towards myself. Self preservation is very much a part of the future now and I'm hoping I've not left it too little too late to a pain free or at least reduced future. Thanks again for a great (but painful) 1st session. I look forward to the next one (hopefully less painful and far more "relaxing") 🙏🏼🙌
