R. B.Brad does a fantastic massage. He always checks carefully what you need and he picks up on areas of tightness that you didn’t realise you had. After a massage with Brad I always feel really relaxed and much more flexible. It helps me play better tennis too!

As a desk-based worker, I've juggled the 'home office' and 'work office' set up as best as i can but this has had a detrimental effect on my posture and resulted in muscle pain in my lower back and shoulders.
On initial consultation with Brad the time was taken to fully discuss the areas I was aware of that were causing me issues - on reflection, Brad was including areas that he knew from experience would also be an issue but not necessarily obvious to me. In later sessions, Brad always refers back to previous sessions - to identify any new areas of concern and to get an update based on the last session. Each session is based on what is needed at that time - not just a 'rinse and repeat' of the previous session.
During the treatment session Brad continues to ask questions and discusses the different areas he is working on and the reasons why - at no point are you left wondering 'why is he doing this'. You are fully aware of the experience that Brad has in massage therapy - and have no doubt that you are in safe hands.
After the treatment session, Brad will also discuss your general habits which can have an impact on the health of your muscles - providing guidance on things to do between sessions to help maintain a health muscle structure.
As you can tell Brad is my go to person for Massage Therapy!

S. P.Brad isn't just for athletes, I am young and suffer with sciatica and a bad back from a car crash when I was a child. This has left me struggling for years.
He fixed my runners knee which I developed on top of everything else. Brad listens to where your pain is, works in those areas and shows your stretches and exercises to help whilst you're at home.
Most sports therapists try and get you back in the door for money, Brad cares about your progress and will never push for you to come back to see him if you don't need to.
If I'm struggling with my back or anything else or sometimes my muscles are tight, I'll go see Brad and feel so much better!!
I couldn't recommend him more, if you're hesitant don't be he is worth it!!

My family & I always schedule a visit to Brad’s practice from London - when visiting my family in Bristol.
I normally receive a deep massage, I’m not sure if it a sports or a deep tissue...I never ask, because I trust his natural ability to carry out the right style of massage that my body needs.
He’s incredibly experienced, his pressure is on point and his vibe is calm, soothing and respectful.
His practice is clean, bright and spacious and all COVID practices are in place.
M.Brad is the consumate professional. He is friendly and personable from the beginning, taking time to establish the injuries or problem areas that need treating. He is very thorough in the actual treatment and his techniques are effective (if a little painful at the time!). He identifies knots and areas of tension you didn't realise were there to break them down. I've always felt so much better after his treatment and he's provided an aftercare package with stretches etc to aid recovery.
The clinic is modern, spotless and hygiene standards are impeccable. Booking is easy. I would happily recommend.
