H. N.Sian hosted a great baby massage class! She was really friendly and inviting. The class was paced really well and instructions / demonstrations easy to follow. My baby loved the class, we really noticed the benefits of adding baby massage into her daily routine (particularly during the witching hour!) to help keep her more zen. Would highly recommend :)
C. L.My daughter and I hugely enjoyed our four classes with Sian. It's no mean feat teaching baby massage over Zoom, but Sian is a warm, fun, attentive and generous instructor, and I finished the course feeling confident and excited to incorporate massage into our daily routine.

My 12 week bubs was suffering from colic and the massage techniques I learnt over the 4 week course really helped to ease discomfort, trapped wind and constipation - I noticed the benefits immediately. It was also a lovely way to spend some fun, quality time with baby and meet some lovely mummas. Sian is super professional, instructions are clear and communication great, I’ve already signed up to her Tummy Time course starting next month. Thanks Sian!
D. M.Sian is a wonderful teacher and the classes were great. With each session you really get to know the moves and I found them really helpful with my baby who gets lots of trapped wind and can be difficult to settle. Even on zoom it was great, so nice to see other babies wiggling about.
R. T.We had a great online baby massage course with Siân - it was easy to follow the content and good to repeat each part over the weeks so it all became more and more familiar. Siân made us feel completely at ease, (particularly when my little girl wasn’t up for completing all the moves in a session!) and is very helpful in providing ways you can adapt various elements to suit what different babies like (lying down/sat on you etc.) At the end of the course, it was really lovely to see my baby smiling and giggling throughout the massage. S. F.Just finished my course with Sian and it was absolutely brilliant - my little one loves it, especially with the nursery rhymes! It’s really helped us with trapped wind and we also use a few of the movements to relax her when she’s getting a bit unsettled before bedtime.
I really appreciated how relaxed the atmosphere was for the sessions. Amber often needed to feed or to stop for a break and a cuddle and Sian reacts really well to this. I also found it really helpful that she helped us to adapt some of the movements to baby sitting up, or on her tummy.

L. C.Me and my baby loved the baby massage course! We did it online which worked well for us. Sian was so engaging, encouraging and relaxed about whatever our babies were doing - my baby was asleep for the first two sessions! - but I still took so much away and was able to practise in my own time. It was so helpful to learn about the positive impact massage has on the various parts of the baby's body, as well as bonding and sleep! I would highly recommend.

She paced the courses wonderfully and was very clear, talking us through the massages and explaining the benefits behind a particular technique and why a technique was done in a particular way. The use of songs throughout also made sure our little one was kept entertained... would highly recommend!

H. N.Wonderful course for both baby and me. The leg massages continue to be a very useful calming force when it comes to bedtimes and 'jelly on a plate' always gets a good giggle! It worked brilliantly via video call when we were in lockdown so don't let that put you off if that happens again. We highly recommend it!

N. H.Absolutely loved the baby massage course with Sian. It gave me a great opportunity to have some bonding time with my second baby. Sian was knowledgeable and had a lovely teaching style. My little one fell asleep mid-massage in 2/4 sessions so I think that's a good indication of its benefits! Would definitely reccomend Sians course to anyone wanting an introduction to baby massage and some good one on one bonding time with their baby.
P. L.Completed the baby massage course with my little one who was 8 weeks old on the first session. Prior to the course Sian was great with questions I had about the course. Although our sessions were over Zoom, as it was during lockdown, I don’t feel it affected the quality of the course. Sian is really engaging - her demonstrations were easy to follow and thorough out she explains the benefits of each massage element for baby. The course was at a really good pace and I felt really comfortable to be able to stop to feed, change, pick up my little one without worrying about missing anything as Sian would continue to talk us through and practice again so we were familiar and confident. My little one is now 15 weeks and we use baby massage to chill her out. She is colicky and we find the tummy massages comforting for her. I think it’s also a lovely place to meet other parents and for babies to meet other babies. :-)
E. T.Sian is a super friendly, understanding and knowledgeable person who made sure our baby massage course was enjoyable for all. She taught us a range of massages for different parts of the body and told us which moves might help our babies with different issues (eg teething, wind). We had a great time and would definitely recommend a baby massage course - I’ve used at least one of the moves we learned every day since the course!
R. S.This was the first ever baby class I have done and I found it really valuable and enjoyable - a highlight in our week! Even though it was online, Sian led the class in a very friendly and engaging way which made it easy to learn and practice the massage routines, as well as feel part of a group. It was lovely to see my very young baby gradually getting used to the different massage techniques and enjoying most of them by the end of the 4 weeks. We have been able to build in some of the techniques to our nightly routine which is a lovely bonding activity and helps my son to relax before bedtime. Would thoroughly recommend these classes.

We had 4 massage sessions during lockdown 3.0 and Sian was just the best- super friendly, engaging, very clear and more than happy to take questions. We did the classes over zoom and she was great at demonstrating the steps, explaining the benefits and then providing feedback as we went. Really liked the format of the course, including the comprehensive massage guide Sian sent out before and the emails before, during and after to round off the course. I really felt like I learnt something and baby definitely enjoyed the classes and loved watching the screen and giggling away! It was so nice that Sian learnt our names and would check in with baby and me as we went- I think she really made the best of a situation that otherwise could have been a bit flat (i.e. over zoom and not being with us physically). A. S.Fab course! Sian is great. She slowly builds up a baby massage routine over the weeks so by the end you feel confident you know what you're doing. Gave me some great little tricks for calming, soothing and bonding with my little'un. He also loved it!

Sian was professional and friendly and there was absolutely no pressure if baby wasn’t feeling like it/was hungry/asleep which made it all much more relaxing for me. The sessions covered just enough new strokes to be able to learn them and also recapped on the previous session(s) building up to a full massage at the end of session 4. I loved being able to take an hour out of my day just to focus on bonding with my baby and to do something that has so many benefits. We have continued to do a full massage once a week and always do the foot massage before bed. Highly recommend
A. R.Sian is a great instructor, and really made me feel at ease during the online baby massage course. I still use some of the movements on my 1 year old and this often helps her to stop fighting sleep and feel more relaxed. The course was a really lovely way to connect with my baby and just focus on her for a time. I would recommend!
