Cath is a truly gifted massage therapist. The massage I had was the best massage I've ever had, she works so intuitively zoning in on all the areas of tension. I felt so relaxed both physically and mentally afterwards. I will definitely be going back for more and am more than happy to recommend her.

I've had massages with Cath for a while now, as I wanted help with relieving neck, shoulder and back pain, and I am really noticing a difference because of it. Cath always takes time to check in before and after each massage, find out any issues/concerns since the last session and I always leave feeling relaxed, and noticing the difference for days after and continual improvement in my posture and back pain. She is flexible on appointment days/times and has made the sessions feel just as they have always been, despite the challenges of Covid.

I have been having massages with Cathy every 4-6 weeks since January and I can really recommend her as a masseuse. She has a great technique and uses different levels of pressure to suit your mood and needs. She has used aromatherapy oils and hot stones at times. The thing I like most is her sensitivity and adaptability to what I need each time. She has really helped me to stay supple when I have built up tension from doing a lot of computer work and dealing with too much stress! She is flexible about times and days for appointments and the Almavale clinic is friendly and a nice environment.

Proffessional service by a very experienced therapist. Always attentive, personable and reliable. Provides a full range of therapies with advice on stretches for particular issues. Operates from a wonderful premises in Clifton which is clean and pleasant to visit. Can usually make time at short notice or provide regular sessions. I can thoroughly recommend Cath on all points.
