I was recommended to Liz over a year ago by a friend of mine who was receiving reflexology. When I first started seeing Liz I had not long finished chemo and radiotherapy. My body wasn't very well. Liz has been amazing. She is so supportive, friendly and so talented. I strongly feel Liz has worked wonders with my body. I continue to see Liz and will continue to do so. Thank you Liz - you are one amazing person and reflexologist.

I am so grateful for being able to have reflexology with Liz. Liz is extremely knowledgeable and the reflexology was AMAZING. I have had reflexology before but this was something else with the hot stones and everything Liz done, it was pure bliss. I can’t put into words just how amazing it really is. I felt like Liz went above and beyond during and after the treatment. My reason for going was for digestive issues, I now know I have h pylori. Liz has been so helpful. I initially saw Liz for hopi ear candling in September 2020 then went on to have regular reflexology sessions including throughout pregnancy and right up to giving birth last month. The sessions were so relaxing and stress relieving. Liz has so much knowledge, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Cannot recommend highly enough, there is a reason why she is booked up! Liz is extremely knowledgeable and professional in everything she does. I first started going to Liz for Fertility Reflexology in December 2019, as I was headed down the IVF route and wanted to get myself into a good place. I’ve had Hopi Ear Candling as well which I would recommend. The treatment room is lovely and relaxing and you are made to feel at home. On a personal note, I’ve also found Liz to be a great sounding board with any other life issues you may have, to the point where you come away feeling positive and with a plan of action! I can’t recommend Liz highly enough.

I have gone to Liz for reflexology and hot stone massage for over 10 years. Liz has always been very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Liz has a lovely cozy treatment room in her loft where she sells products she has made herself. I have always loved every visit and feel her treatments are good value for money. I have tried Groupon massages but have not been that impressed and guess you get what you pay for. I always book three treatments in advance so I don't miss out. I love having a bit of me time to look forward to and definitely recommend Liz for a fabulous treat. Over the last few years we were trying for a baby via IVF and went to Liz for fertility reflexology. I found this a positive influence and generally helped with getting through the whole process. In the end we were lucky enough to get pregnant and now have a beautiful little boy. I was so grateful to have Liz supporting us all the way.

Wow what can I say I have really enjoyed Reflexology with Liz she is amazing. I always leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed after a treatment in her cosy treatment room. Liz is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. After experiencing some fertility issues Liz supported me throughout the experience during my sessions and always had helpful information. Absolutely adore Liz, her treatments are fantastic. I get reflexology and facials, both of which I come out of feeling euphoric. She also does reiki and Hopi ear candling which I haven't had time to try yet. I never feel rushed out even when Liz is very busy. She also has her own range of lovely skincare which she makes all herself, the rose and geranium facial toner is my favourite. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.

My wife has been coming to see Liz for over 15 years. She keeps going back for the relaxing and therapeutic treatments. Liz is incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of the treatments she performs and is generous with her knowledge, there’s a treatment for everything and my wife has been using Liz’s home made balms and oils for ages. (Swears by them!) Her go to treatments with Liz are Reflexology and facials which Liz tailors to my wife’s needs on that day, changing depending on whether she’s feeling anxious, fatigued, emotional or even positive and happy. An incredibly personal service. “I always feel so balanced after every treatment. That’s why I keep coming back.” I highly recommend Liz.
