I'm so grateful for Ivonne's knowledge and time. After a decade of chronic insomnia and migraines, I've now been sleeping 7 hours everynight and have had no migraines for a week now all only after 3 sessions. Ivonne really knows her stuff. If you want better health I highly recommend Ivonne you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Ivonne now for just over a week after an initial consultation. I went to see her as I was struggling with weight gain and menopause. I’ve been seeing Ivonne for over ten years now ! Ivonne is my go to person when I don’t feel right. She is more than a reflexologist and uses many disciplines and knowledge to provide a holistic approach to helping me and anyone I’ve recommended to help themselves get better. She initially helped me with stress, tension and wellbeing. A few years later she helped to put my body in good condition to have a baby!
