Michelle is amazing! I would highly recommend. She is always able to find a time to see me, no matter what my work schedule is. She keeps in contact to check how I am and gives me advise to help at home. I'm not great at meeting new people but Michelle is super friendly and put me at ease straight away. Michelle talked through everything she was doing and demonstrated stretches I could do to further improve the flexibility! I feel absolutely amazing after seeing Michelle, her knowledge and professionalism is to the highest of standards. She doesn’t just massage, she specifically targets areas of my concern and areas I didn’t know I had concern and works to ease them. I go to her as a life style choice to benefit my muscles and bones, she rebalances me and with each treatment I can feel my posture and spine realigning. The suction cups are my favourite. I once went to Michelle and told her to be easy on my as I felt so sore from the gym, she completly understood the assignment and gently manipulated the area in a way of ease but equally targeting my specific areas. 9 times out of 10 I have deep tissue with suction cups. I loved how she tailored my treatment to how I felt that day. I look forward to my weekly sessions. Thanks so much! Xx

The best sports massage I’ve had. Went to see Michelle after searching on Google for a good local sports massage. Been working in manual labour for 20 years and haven't ever been to see anyone tp iron out the creases. Knots be gone was highly rated and recommended on Google so I booked an appointment, needless to say I was not disappointed in the slightest. I thought I'd feel seized up again after a few days back on the grind but I can still feel a massive difference in how my body feels and operates since my first visit. Michelle is very friendly and easy going, has great attention to detail both pre and post treatment (also has great music taste lol) I will continue to use this service regularly on a monthly basis and have already booked in my next visit. Based on my experience I have to say it was absolutely 1st class and would highly recommend to anyone.

Have had back issues for years. Having seen multiple physios, chiropractors and had different types of massage, drs etc I assumed I'd have to grow old in pain. Have seen Michelle twice so far and already she's got to the route of my problems explaining it all to me. I can already sit and sleep without pain. For me it's like a miracle. A little ways to go yet be she's done more for me than all the others combined.
