From the moment I got in contact with Stef, she was so professional. Friendly and couldn’t to enough to help. The set up is extremely safe for both client and therapist. There is plenty of parking and the building is very secure. Beautiful waiting room where you can help yourself to teas or coffees while you wait. The treatment room is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Stef is attentive and competent in her approach to treatment. I felt in safe hands. Thanks Stef.

Steph is amazing! I am suffering from the after effects of a whiplash injury. She found places where I didn't even know I had problems and managed to work out the knots. I left feeling much better, more relaxed and definitely with more movement that I've had for months! I would DEFINITELY recommend Steph to anyone!
