From time to time I need an intense back, neck and shoulder massage to release the tension that builds up. I haven't been able to go for a couple of years because of the pandemic, so this one was long overdue. I'm so happy that it was one of the very best ever - really firm and well targeted, but never painful, it really got to the seat of my pain. Sarah put me at my ease and spoke quietly when I was in the talking mood, and worked away quietly when I started to drift away. She worked my neck in a way that no one has done before and freed the tension. Simply superb! Thank you, Sarah, I'll be back!
