m. f.I'd highly recommend Sioned's massage therapy. The deep tissue massages I receive are fantastic. I do a lot of different sports and my knee can cause me grief sometimes. Sioned really knows her stuff and is able to identify the areas causing my knee problems and she works her magic on it. I've been out of exercise for a while with an injury but I'll be returning to Sioned when I'm back on my game. In the meantime I may have to treat myself to one of her hot stone massages!
