M. M.I've been to Ramona twice now for a sports massage, and both times have been impressed by her knowledge, and very grateful for her skillful and thorough treatment. I've been to several different people for sports massages over the years, but Ramona's was by far the best. Each time I booked a one-hour appointment, and was genuinely surprised by how much she was able to do in that time. She gave me a more precise and clear sense of specific pains I was having, and more practical treatment of them, than most doctors have in the past.
I would highly recommend her for sports massages, or for the treatment and management of any pain or injury.

Ramona knows all the pressure points to relieve this and uses a combiation of pressure point,deep tissue and accupuncture. She never rushes her treatments and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended out of all the massages I have had in Colchester, even some of the more expensive spas...

She is very good at what she does, and prides herself in her work and clients.
She also has late appointments which suit my working week as I get home past 6pm most days. All in all, very satisfied, and worth every penny for her knowledge and years of training in her field of work.
