Marvelous service. Managed to get in the next day. Very knowledgeable practitioner who took a history, he put me at ease as he worked on the painful area and the surrounding areas. Now, about 30 hours after the treatment, I am only feeling a bit sore, not in pain as I was before.

I've been suffering with a recurring neck and back problem. This I knew was due to stress related tension whilst working on my computer. However I spent a fortune on seeing a chiropractor who did manage to repair the problem however I was constantly having to see him. A friend recommended I try massage instead so I booked an appointment with Tanya. The work she did and the results I’ve had have been amazing. I’m not totally trouble free but it’s a massive improvement and I now only see her infrequently if I have a reoccurrence. I thoroughly recommend Tanya and Fire & Earth.

Fabulous service at Fire and Earth - simply gym. I have been preparing for my first marathon for months. Marie and John provided the support to get me there. Marie dealt with my pre-race niggles and my race anxieties and sorted my post marathon aches too. I had an appointment booked with John and days before I fell causing pain to my inner knee. I have been struggling to walk and it has been sore to touch. John spent extra time working on the injured area and as a result I am able to bend my knee much more than before my visit. John also taped it up for me after without fuss.
