I would recommend Fire and Earth Sports Massage. They fitted me in at short notice for an arm injury. The treatment I received was of a high professional standard. John took time to get to the root of the problem and obviously knew his stuff. In addition his manner was calm, pleasant and professional.

I had a shoulder injury last week. It didn't clear up after a few days so contacted my GP. Had a telephone conversation with the physio there who just spoke to me on the phone, do some exercises & take painkillers. To call back if things don't get any better. Thus prompted me to make an appointment with Fire & Earth. They have a hands on approach, assessed my injury to see what damage was done & advise accordingly The staff are friendly & approachable Thank You Fire and Earth

I would highly recommend Fire & Earth. I am looking forward to my next session, my muscles definitely felt the benefit even after the first appointment. It had been a long time since I had had a sports massage. The last one was very painful, so I mentioned I was not looking forward to it at all. Had my first appointment here last week, booking and communication were all easy and straightforward. My therapist Evgenia, was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to give me advice on some issues I've been having with my shoulder. Excellent deep tissue massage, would highly recommend.

Georgina has been excellent in helping treat my constant back pain and impaired lower back mobility, believed to be a disc bulge with related sciatica symptoms. I have made significant progress since I first went to see her for treatment at Fire & Earth and, no thanks to the lockdown, I have been ever improving to the point that I rarely get pain now. Hopefully a few more sessions and I will be able to run again! I would highly recommend seeing Georgina at Fire & Earth for any sports injury or lower back problem.

Been recently Excellent consultation. Very high levels of attention to me as client and my chronic tension issue. Explanations are accompanied by a wealth of resources that explain extremely clearly the muscles involved and the way treatment and post treatment has its effects. All delivered in a way that didn't overload at the time but is enough to keep you remembering many aspects as you go through the week and follow the exercises. Follow up emails and exercises were sent to my email as they were created. Its possible to read them on the journey home! (train!). The physical work done in the recent session released chronically tense muscles enough in the first session to , sleep really deeply since. Highly recommended.

My partner recommended Fire & Earth as they had treated him after 2 total knee replacements, and their massage really helped his post-operative recovery. I have had lower back and sacro-iliac joint issues for some time so saw Tanya at Fire & Earth for deep massage. She is efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. She discussed my problems in detail and has taken a "whole body" approach, massaging my legs and shoulders as well as the lower back to deal with referred pain. The treatment has really helped.

I saw Harry with a long standing shoulder problem. He clearly has an excellent knowledge of how the body works, or not in my case. After several weeks of therapy and exercises, which he does with you, I slowly started to become pain free. These are not quick fixes but with the right help, healing time will speed up. He is without doubt a highly skilled sports therapist and highly recommended.

i can not encourage you enough to see Tanya. Tanya has made a difference to my every step, she has completely altered my muscle and joint pain. she has stopped me having to have steroid joint injections to control the pain because of the amazing gentle hands on approach she has. i have been see other people who have used quite strong sore techniques, but not here. she listens to your words as well as your body and muscles and is able to instinctively know where the pain is and how to manage it. I refer everyone i know, children, adults, those with disabilities!

whilst I've been working from home, Tanya has shown me some exercises via skype that are suitable to help my lower back and 'lumbar' area. this has been very beneficial to me for sure. In depth intelligent help for a complicated issue. My shoulder was tight in many places and even though I thought I knew what it was, it turns out the shoulder is rather more complex! Tanya got to work on the many offending areas and I have exercises to do and some more work to go to relive sore shoulder. It already feels so much better! Thanks guys! Parking for free can be found at Central Six which is a few minutes walk from the Quadrant. In theory you should shop at Central Six to get this. I’ll leave that decision up to you.

I have seen Harry on several occasions, typically with back/shoulder problems, which he has immediately resolved through identifying the true source of the problem, addressing the issue (releasing tight hamstrings, glutes, or pecs), and then provided clear instructions on exercises to prevent recurrence.
