It's one of the very good original Thai massage centres. They are very professional. It is located on the main road. It's quite close to Coventry town centre. As it is placed on the main road, it's a watch out for parking space. It's very accessible by public transport i.e. Bus. The nearest bus stop is Eagle Street. Now coming to the massage part, they are very good and professional. For me it's a value for money. Hope this review is helpful. Kindly note the massages are through appointment only.

Sue is friendly and very funny. She made me smile and gave a great service. The massage was great and was perfect pressure required. Painful at times but definitely worth it. Wow! I had a treatment booked in today, Sue was AMAZING. I went in with a very painful and stiff back. Sue took great care and pride in giving me not just a deep tissue Thai massage but also stretched and cracked my joints. She is incredible at what she does. It's not any normal massage. I had a horrible back, neck and shoulder pain and Sue booked me in same day although she was busy, she stayed after her working hours to accommodate my needs. She was lovely, and welcoming. Went because of Bad back. Sue had quite a range of techniques to work on my back issue. Please note Sue uses very strong pressure to the point of pain, as per traditional Thai massage techniques, as she is more concerned with healing than relaxing the patient. My body was much more relaxed after the treatment. Sue communicates with the client during treatment, but this does not interfere with her working.

Called in the morning but no answer. Couple mins later received a text saying can I call you later. I responded with a text stating my problem and that needed to be seen ASAP. Sue then text back and booked me in same day 6:30. All it took was a bit of patience. Need to understand she works alone and is very busy. Got to the shop sue was very professional in the way she handled everything went through with me on my problem. Got me to fill out a form to find out my background history and any medical conditions I may of had. Once in the massage room sue made sure i was comfortable and made sure I was throughout my time with her. the massage was very good the whole treatment was so relaxing and well worth it.And the pressure was applied when needed to get the knots out overall I would recommend sue to all but please be patient with her she will get back to you. I went to see Sue mid December as a birthday treat from my sister and can say she is amazing! Even though I was running late she was friendly and managed to accommodate me in her schedule, her massage technique is the best I’ve had so far with being jet lagged and having back and neck pain she worked out all the kinks in a short space of time. The facilities are warm and welcoming and very clean and the low lighting and relaxing music set the ambience relaxing you as soon as you step in. She offered a soothing herbal tea after the massage before I headed out back into the cold weather which was very kind. Although I live quite far from the location I am heading back this evening as I know I am in good hands- I would highly recommend Sue and her establishment to everyone!

I was a bit sceptical as the massage parlour used to be a cold kitchen design shop. Well what a transformation. It's lovely warm and inviting you almost feel transported to the orient. I was suffering from sciatica and sever pain in my leg. I couldn't walk without a walking frame. I went to First Relax for a Thai Massage and after the first session with Sue the pain almost disappeared, thanks to Sue's magic touch and expertise I could walk again without the frame. It was very relaxing and soothing and I felt much better so I booked a block of 10 sessions to maximize the benefit. Now after 3 sessions, I feel like I am back to normal and I can walk with very little or no pain at all. I would deffinitly recommend First Relax to all my friends and family and anybody with sciatica or back pain.

Very clean and professional service. I have suffered with back and neck pain for years and had yet to find a therapist who could iron out the knots in my back and neck with a firm sports massage. Sue was very quick at identifying my problem areas and used a range of techniques to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue. The massage was not rushed and Sue explained where the problem areas were. The pain in my neck and back were also causing me headaches which Sue clearly pointed out and worked on rigorously. I first saw Sue with a upper back pain, within a day it completely disappeared. On another occasion my calf muscles would seize up after running for 5 minutes, Sue fixed this within 15 minutes and I was able to complete a 5km run the next day. The combination of Thai and hot stone massage is very therapeutic and helps ease the muscles. She even identified that I had sciata down my right leg and always makes time to address this every time I visit.

Dear Sue, I was suffering from excruciating pain from sciatica on both sides of my legs and lower back when a friend recommended your massage. when I visited your massage Parlor I could hardly walk. after the massage all my back and leg muscles feeling loose, light and flexible I am be able to walk and sit properly now. Wow delayed leaving the review as I was suffering from a very painful frozen shoulder and tennis elbow and one treatment wasnt going to do it my sleep was down to 3 hours a night and I couldn't play with the kids or play golf due to the pain.
