She’s always warm & friendly; with a wealth of knowledge, experience, techniques & advice that all amount to a skilled therapist… I highly recommend her!

L. F. T.I went to Nu Yu Therapies on Friday and had an hour treatment - which went well over that because My muscles were so tense and I was lob sided which I did not even know! Navi was so attentive to every muscle and knows exactly what she is doing and where she needs to focus on! Never met any professional so caring and attentive to your personal needs. I was standing straighter by the end of the treatment and feel much better in myself. I have Fibromyalgia and am in pain everyday but Navi has helped reduce that pain immensely! I highly recommend this wonderful lady who makes you feel like you matter! Thank you Navi I will be back 😁

K. K.Absolutely amazing! Navi really knows what she is doing. She was able to find knots in places I didn't know there were knots! Corrected my posture and I felt more loose and flexible than i have ever felt! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

K. b.Magic… I felt like a new woman! Much needed posture alignment after Intense working from home with not so great ergonomics. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a thorough diagnostic of muscle bone and general well being. I felt taller and aligned..back to where I should be.
